This Lady generally saved my skin!
We booked onto another caravan site. As we arrived we wasn't told the key collection could only be between 8-4 we arrived at 7.30 after hitting traffic and being given the wrong postcode by another owner!
I took to my phone as Id travelled with 2 small children and a dog.
I found this lady and book a night in her caravan so we had a place to stay the night whilst I sorted things out.
This lady responded within minutes telling me the caravan id booked was no longer available but she explained she was going to get me somewhere to stay. They bent over backwards for me and my family and made sure we had a place to stay for the night! The caravan was clean and fresh bedding on! More than comfortable and everything we needed. I cannot thank you guys enough! After a 6 hour car journey i could sit down relax and have a glass of wine whilst my children rested! Thankyou again! We will be returning! ❤️
