Die Lage der Wohnung war zentrums - und strandnah, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Viel Gastronomie drum herum. War abends allerdings auch laut durch Gäste, die sich im Freien aufgehalten haben.

Küche und Bad in einem Raum. Die Toilette war sehr eng. Manche Einrichtungsgegenstände müssten mal erneuert werden.
