Localisation excellente. Le parking en sous sol est facile d'accès. Appartement très agréable et chauffage impeccable . Belle luminosité.

Mauvaise insonorisation , les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage et le bruits extérieurs de la rue sont peu filtrés.

The apartment’s location is excellent, with a beautiful sea view from the terrace and the added convenience of private garage parking. Step outside and you’re immediately in the heart of the city — just moments from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Morning coffee and evening wine on the terrace were a highlight, with relaxing, luxurious views that were the main reason we chose this apartment. The apartment is well equipped for a short stay, with kitchen essentials such as a coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Key pickup via lockbox was easy, and while the parking space is tight (typical for city garages), having secure, private parking is a big plus. Both the building and the apartment felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

We’re personally not very accustomed to city sounds, so it took us a little time to adjust to the outside noise. That said, if you enjoy the energy of city life, the apartment’s central location and convenience are hard to beat. We also had some minor communication challenges, and the Booking.com platform itself wasn’t always the most helpful. We found it best to contact the property management directly (via WhatsApp after booking), as they were responsive, supportive, and helped resolve our questions quickly.
