The location is secluded from fast urban life makes this makes it appealing for people wanting to get away from city life.

The area is very beautiful and I liked the fact that you can fish in front of your cottage. The cottage itself was well equipped for my needs and very clean. Bedding was comfortable and the house was cozy.
There were various access roads. If you come from Mbombela the Google Maps GPS takes you via a road that has been washed away. If I did not have a 4x4 I am not sure if I would have been able to access the area. I did speak to the staff twice the day and mentioned that I am coming from Mbombela. It would have been nice if they guided me onto the only maintained road prior to me going on the washed away road. If you cannot drive well in 4x4, there is a good chance that you will damage your vehicle.
