Process was so smooth and the instructions were so clear we didn't have to contact the host. Everything was in place as explained in the instructions.

Everything was perfect. The little gestures like having soap in the bathrooms, living spices out for guests to access, even having a speaker there was a great gesture.

The helper was still cleaning the house when we arrived around 4:30pm so it she gave us the keys. The house is very spacious and the communal areas are interconnected which made family time lovely and everyone was accessible and within reach. I loved the fact that there was a wall around the house to keep snakes far away so I felt very safe and secure. I absolutely enjoyed the dining room area as it overlooks the mountain area and we enjoyed that while having our christmas lunch.

The previous people who checked out before us had brought pets so the couches and extra blanket was smelly. The owner could invest in a linen spray to spray the couches so that they smell fresh. In one of the cupboards there was a set of dirty golf shoes. The owner could also consider getting a wifi extender so that there is network coverage in the bedrooms. On check-out day the helper came in early to start cleaning while we were still in the house. Although she started cleaning outside and moved inside we felt rushed and we had no intentions of checking out later than the stipulated time check-out time
