I loved the tables near the watering hole , I loved the Guinea fowl and the little dog on the premises . Hanno’s customer service was outstanding ! He made everything as easy as possible for me and if I asked for something he sorted it immediately.
And OMG the food was completely out of this world delicious , it blew my mind !!
There was no heater or under blanket heater , I went to buy a heater in town . There was also no bath mat to stand on so I bought one of those too . It would have been nice to have a soft chair to relax and read my book on as I’m not the type of person to sit in bed and read during the day. Also sorry but the radio is far too loud in the bar / dining area. For such a beautiful place it would be nice to enjoy the quiet

Accommodation and facilities were nice.
Had issues with the gas hot water for the shower. Did not get coffee in room one morning.

I liked the pool outside, and the sitting on the other side
The bed base was making noise. It was a self catering unit but there was no supplies to was dishes, no cloth, no lighter for the gas stove, the fridge was off when we arrived
