The apartment is new. Really spacious, good for family 2 adults + 2 children. The instructions from the landlord how to get to the apartment were really great, including youtube video with clear info how to get the apartment and to garage - really appreciated! Kitchen supplies were available.The location is very good, if you are travelling with children just 100 metres from the apartment is great new park for the kids with courts opened until 11.00 PM. In the building just downstairs you have auchan and gym. and if you want to do some big shopping there is a big mall (food courst, shops, playgrounds, ice rink(!) in like 10 minutes walking distance.
The refrigirator is running really loud for some reason. If someone is sleeping the leaving room this might be problematic.
