Apartments at Kohi Point

Everything. We had such a lovely time in Olga and Andrew’ s accommodation. Olga’s attention to detail is evident instantly. So clean . Excellent proximity to everything. We loved afternoon drinks on our own little deck, each day , overlooking the water. Thank you both for our stay.

Probably the only thing would be the TV. It wasn’t easy using the SKY channel and we were unable to watch a movie. I’d suggest connecting Netflix or something similar to enable people to sign in and watch what they want.

The room is perfect for solo travelers and I like how it is quite private and had a lot of amenities like laundry and a small fridge. The hosts were super friendly and looked after me very well. There were complimentary snacks and drinks which is very much appreciated. The small balcony was very nice to sit in and enjoy the sunset.

There was a small cooling fan in the room but there could be a more powerful one.

The complex features a range of amenities, including a spacious deck with loungers, a well-equipped gym, and a convenient location that makes exploring the area effortless. One of the standout features was the proximity to family-friendly activities. Just outside, there's a children’s playground, and within walking distance, I explored the lively wharf where fishing boats are moored, along with tourist boats departing for Whale Island excursions. I also enjoyed the nearby Muriwai’s Cave walking track, ideal for outdoor adventures. The nearest café is just a 12-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy morning coffee or a quick snack. The hosts were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and responsive without being intrusive. Their clear communication made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Electronic check-in options allowed for flexible arrivals, and the check-out process was smooth, making it perfect for early departures. Overall, Kohi Point Apartments offered a memorable and relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a waterfront retreat with excellent amenities and beautiful scenery.
