Fantastic Two Bedroom Unit

I love the property because its cozy, small, have the essential facilities - tv, wifi, washing machine. Beds are firm, but I like firm beds. Plenty blankets and towels. Breakfast supply, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. Cooking pots and pans. Great size fridge. Microwave. Dimmer lights. Washing machine to wash clothes and laundry mat up the road to dry clothes. It is close to 3 major takeaways KFC, McDs and Burger King. I'm a home cook and will bring something already prepared from home and heat it up at the unit. Countdown supermarket to grab extra shopping for home. A hop skip jump to CBD. Simple house rules are to treat the unit like it's your home. Leave it the way you found it. It is a home away from home.

Very central to shops, restaurants and to the sea. Clear communications.

Close to town and had what we needed.Biscuits were a nice homely touch.

Couldnt get the TV to work very confusing Rubber mat in shub needs replacing or deep

Location was great. Vince was very good to replace toaster that wasn’t working. Internet fine, beds comfy

While it was “clean” it was far from very clean. Smudge marks all over splash back, bathroom mirror. Chub was very very slippery! Even with warning from first person to shower, last person slipped and suffered sore foot. Old scrubbing brush in back of cupboard , leftover onion piece in kitchen sink, crumbs over couch, pillows, cushions and towels all had various degrees of stains. It just lacked a good clean feel. It took a long time to be able to fully unwind due to the lack of cleanliness. Spiderwebs behind doors, not been taken down in months…… left over headbands on floor in lounge hidden behind net curtain showed that it was a simple lick and polish rather then a really deep thorough clean. Fridge was smelly.
