Was very central to what we needed it for

Smelt quite musky when opening cupboards to get plates out etc. Upstairs people were quite noisy at times

Email had clear instructions on where to find key and the code.

The shower head kept falling down and you had to hold onto it and shower with it in your hand.

Place was great. Loved the big TV's. Great position between Whakatane and Ohope Beach. Great kitchen. Loved the coffee. Only thing I would suggest is to maybe provide a shower mat for inside the shower for elderly people. Definitley not a complaint, just a suggestion.

We loved the location, the cleanliness, and the price. We thought there was a hidden cost or it was too good to be true, but it was just as it said. The owners were very responsive and were very courteous as we let them know we were arriving late so they close the curtains and put the heaters on for us so the apartment would be nice,cozy and warm. We felt safe and my teens loved space to relax after our long days out. Thank you very much to Paul and his wife for making our stay nice and cozy. We definitely recommend this apartment to anyone going to Whakatane or Ohope areas
