Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολυ εξυπηρετικοι, ηρθαν αυτοπροσώπος να μας υποδεχθούν και να μας κατατοπήσουν στην περιοχή. Το διαμέρισμα σε πολυ καλό σημείο, ευκολη μετακίνηση με τα πόδια σε καταστήματα για αγορές στην γύρο περιοχή. Υπάρχει πεζοδρομος πολυ κοντά, με αρκετή κίνηση οπου μπορεις να πάρεις το πρωϊνό σου τον καφέ σου, αλλά ακόμα και το βράδυ μπορεις να βγεις για μια μπύρα ή φαγητό. Υπάρχει στεγασμένο πάρκινγκ σε πυλωτή πολύ θετικό,, αλλά και η μετακίνηση με το αυτοκίνητο σχετικά εύκολη ακομα και σε ωρες αιχμής. Οι παροχές μια χαρά δεν μας έλειψε κάτι.
Αρνητικά τα μόνα που θα μπορούσα να πω είναι το πολύ μικρό μπάνιο και οτι χρειάζεται περισσότερη προσπάθεια στο θέμα της καθαριότητας.
