Velis apartment Thessaloniki

Πρόκειται για ένα πολύ πρακτικό διαμέρισμα, κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ και καφέ, με θέση πάρκινγκ. Ηλιόλουστο, πεντακάθαρο, καλόγουστο, συμμαζεμένο. Με πλήρη εξοπλισμό σε μπάνιο, κουζίνα, και δωμάτια. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμος και μας ξενάγησε στη γειτονιά. Στα έξτρα πλεονεκτήματα, η παραλία Καλαμαριάς στα 2 λεπτά περπάτημα από το διαμέρισμα, μέρος που προτείνω για βόλτα, ηλιοβασίλεμα, και καλό φαΐ. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στην πόλη.

I had a wonderful stay at Velissarios’s place! The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean, and fully equipped with anything you might need for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The spacious balcony and lovely rooftop terrace were a great asset for the sunny days we experienced. The location is excellent—close to the city centre yet in a quiet and convenient neighbourhood and the available parking spaces made it a breeze to move around. Everything I needed was within walking distance, including a supermarket, grocery store, bakery, and the seaside road, which is great for strolling around. The host was amazing—responsive, friendly, and always ready with great recommendations. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Thessaloniki and would love to return!

Great location and lovely view from the apartment. Spacious with many places to sleep (we were in 4). The terrace upstairs is really nice. Airco worked perfectly as well.

Wifi did not work (it did not matter to us too much) and some things could have been a bit cleaner. Most beds are sofa beds, so the comfort is compromised but we slept well.

Ideally situated, on a quiet road, close to the sea and with excellent transportation to the city center. Highly recommended, since the walk from the apartment to the city center is short and with a perfect scenery. Perfectly clean and tidy renovated place, with very comfortable sofa beds. Very kind and helpful owner made us feel at home - offered valuable advise and help on the city information. Will definitely be my choice and the next time I visit Thessaloniki - highly suggested.
