We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki. The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, only a short walk from the sea, which made it an excellent choice for a relaxing stay. It was very clean upon arrival and equipped with all the amenities and accessories needed for a comfortable vacation. The fast internet connection and Cosmote IPTV were a great bonus and worked perfectly throughout our stay. One of the biggest advantages of this property is the private parking space, which made our daily trips much more convenient. The owner was always available and responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed assistance. His hospitality and willingness to help made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Overall, this is a comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Thessaloniki.

A cozy apartment near the city center and the airport. Located in the neighborhood of Kalamaria, with walking distance to buses, taxis and lots of dining and coffee options by the sea. The host was a professional, and their apartment was clean, comfortable and elegant. The host was always available to assist when needed and they made sure our overall experience was comfortable. Highly recommended for a family or friends to stay and I would rebook this apartment for future visits in Thessaloniki. Thank you!

The place is very nicely furnished, clean and spacious. It is also very well stocked with everything you need, down to clothes washing powder and milk frother! Christos is responsive and helpful. The location is great in that it’s a short drive to Thessaloniki and some nice beaches. However, you do need a car as there are no beaches or anything within walking distance.

The apartment was clean and well equipped! The pictures in the ad corresponded to reality. The residential area is close to the sea and there is a pleasant green area on the beach. There are three small shops nearby. There are also several nice places to eat along the promenade. The center of Thessaloniki is easily accessible by buses and they are frequent. Bus stops are close by. A taxi ride from the center of Thessaloniki to the apartment cost about 10 euros on a weekday. Although the apartment is on a small street, a couple of blocks from a larger road, you can hear noise from the street. This is a good thing to note if you are very sensitive to noise. The noise did not bother us. I would be happy to recommend staying at the apartment.
