Location is the best, close to everything you will ever want to explore Bangkok. The owner and staff are very nice. The place is homey and very welcoming.

Location was outstanding - easy walking distance to resturants, cafes, BTS etc. Quiet residential area so had a calm feel around us, and it felt very safe to walk around the neighbourhood. Bed was super comfortable, though a little short for my daughters long legs. Host was wonderful. Such a great place to stay. Bathroom was spacious and clean. It was a really lovely stay in a beautiful place.
Wifi was not very strong - we had to resport to hot spotting with personal wifi from our phone to use our computer. Not a major issue as we weren't reliant on the accomodation's wifi.
