A really cute hotel in a great location, with the BTS just around the corner and a 7-Eleven nearby for all the essentials. The staff are very polite and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. The only small drawback is that there’s no lift, so carrying a suitcase up to the third floor can be a little challenging. Apart from that, it’s a lovely and convenient place to stay.

The room was rather small on the second floor. It was a challenge to open our large luggage. The room lacked a closet, a microwave , a refrigerator, a security safe, or a closet. This was not a deal breaker since we only stayed a night in transit. The comfort room had a very spacious shower but there was a noticeable threshold step between the shower and toilet and the toilet and the vanity. This required paying attention. The restaurant portion closes rather early but a late check in was accommodated using a key locker. There was a little confusion about using the card key to get in. Overall, big value for money!

Are the people who left positive reviews all paid off? Fellow travelers, please keep your eyes open and don't believe them. This is the worst hotel I've ever booked, without exception. This horrible choice ruined my entire trip. Here's why: 1. The hotel has no elevators. 2. My room was next to an area like a garbage disposal site. 3. After 1 AM, garbage trucks would park right under the window. The roaring engine, clattering bottles, and workers' noise would last over an hour. The noise and vibrations made sleep impossible. 4. The room had a window, but it was sealed shut and couldn’t be opened, so there was zero air circulation. 5. Walking out into the alley, it was packed with cheap food stalls and extremely crowded. 6. It took over 10 minutes to walk to the mall through these congested corners, which wasn’t convenient at all. Plus, there was no subway station nearby. 7. All facilities were extremely cheap and outdated. The air conditioner, fridge, furniture—everything was terrible. The AC didn’t cool at all and had a foul smell. The shower gel was also a very cheap product that I didn’t dare use. The shower drain was clogged, and the water had a strange odor! To prevent other travelers from having such an awful experience like mine, I must provide an honest account of the facts. Please, do not be fooled!

Overall stay was quite good, staff were nice and polite. If you want a quiet area but also want good cafés near by this is the place. Nearest bts is Ari, you can grab till the stay but walking will take around 30-40mins.
