AC dripped constantly, but we are sure this will be fixed by the next customers since we mentioned it to the owners.

Really easy to contact the host who stayed in touch with us throughout the trip
Great facilities
Beds are really comfortable, even the sofa bed has a great mattress
Great area for food, bars and sightseeing
We travelled with 2 children and felt really safe in the apartment, the other residents of the building are also really friendly
Apartment is in a lively area but the street is really nice and quiet

Excellent location near Trocadero area, easy walking distance to Eiffel Tower, shops, cafes etc.
As mentioned in previous reviews, it is a very small studio apartment but in great condition with all the basics you would need for a city break. It is in a really pretty apartment complex away from the main road. They share a helpful website with a video of how to access building, Wi-Fi code etc which was a nice touch.
We messaged the host with some questions about the apartment before we arrived and they didn’t reply until 3 days after check out. We would have appreciated more active communication prior to and during our visit.
