Deer District Studio Apt - One Block from Fiserv and Baird

I could not figure it out at first. I finally got to open the key box as instructed, however I had a hard time, but fun. I like the room style and appliances. The kitchen utensils and else are so convenience. The problem is the door knob mechanism is challenge...lol. Also the price of the rent should included the drinking water as well. Thank you.

The price of the stay was so high and had no complementary, even a bottle of water. At the front door, should be posted a name of the property like name of the apartment thing like that. It should be included a bathroom kit as well. Thank you

L'appartement était spacieux et confortable. L'hôte s'est bien occupé de nous à notre arrivée. L'emplacement du logement est superbe: à proximité de tout!

Great location, close to everything. Lovely, comfortable studio apartment, with a full kitchen.

I would have preferred two gobs, rather than just one.

It was very simple collecting the keys, entering the building and then getting to the room once instructions were given. The lock box was located in the garage nicely and all the instructions were accurate. Once inside the apartment, it was actually quite nice. For sure some maintenance was needed on small things like the curtains, but other than that, it was spacial, well equipped, and very cozy! The location was a plus because it's just enough out of the downtown to be quiet, but not too far where restaurants and other stores were out of reach.

Receiving the instructions for check in were quite a hassle. It took me reaching out at noon the day of check-in to start the check in "process" which consisted of uploading an ID and paying a deposit. However, by the time I had arrived to the property (5:30-6pm), I still had not received check in instructions. This was quite frustrating having to wait around the property for instructions as the listed check in for this property starts at 4pm.
