Love the location. And the amenities offered in the building.

Need to improve their cleaning service for the apartment itself. Extremely dusty and many fruit flies within the apartment. Also stains on the carpeting. Also would recommend putting mirrors in the bedrooms. Only the bathroom had a mirror to be able to make sure appearance was presentable.

It was perfect for what we needed. Summerfest festivities was the priority. Having a place that offered comfortable sleeping arrangements, a kitchen, living area and beds for 4 adults- it hit all of those boxes. I wasn't needing "bougie" comfort. I required 4beds, close proximity to the 3rd Ward ( easily an "under 10$ Uber") able to park my car while I was there in a garage - hit all the boxes.

I like a dark sleeping room. Both bedrooms had access to an outside atrium through a door. However, the atrium lights were powered on 24/7- there were only flimsy commercial blinds on the window and door leading to the center atrium and it made the bedrooms illuminate- i would have liked to have been able to turn off the blinding lights that were outside those entry points to the bedrooms. The bedrooms were too bright with those lights for my liking for sleeping.
