We went for Christmas and skiing on Dec 2025. We liked: 1) The owner/host is very very friendly and willing to help and solve all issues which we might have. THANK YOU!!! 2) We received the welcome gift: nice surprise. THANK YOU!!! 3) One bedroom apartment is a fine for 5 adult people. Apartment is clean. 4) Slippers and bathrobes are provided. 5) The sauna and jacuzzi are included in the price, no advance booking. As the property contains just 12 rooms, there were always places to be there. It is so relaxing after skiing day to go to sauna & Jacuzzi 😊 6) The Spar shop is just cross the steer – 50 m from apartment 7) Pellizzano is very small town: there are few restaurants, but you could reach more by car to other towns nearby 8) The apartment’s owner has a meat restaurant nearby. We ordered some dinners from there: as the restaurant was fully booked, the food was delivered to our room. 9) There is a ski room in the basement. The boots heater works on some hours and only on the hooks where the boots are hanging. 10) There is a complimentary laundry room too (we did not use it). 11) The free ski bus stops 100 meters from apartments and rides 15 min to Marilleva 900 lift. The bus goes each 30 min in the morning & evening. The owner has a schedule, or it is on the internet too. 12) The ski pass is valid for 2 regions: Marilleva & Forgarida. They are fine, nice slopes for beginners and some for advanced. . Map: https://www.ski.it/en/info-live/interactive-ski-map 13) BUT, if you would like to ski in Madonna di Campiglo slopes you have 3 choices: a) ski on slopes #10 forward and #46 back. FYI: #10 is more black than red, especially after noon. This slope is not for beginners b) go by car to Groste. 30 min on serpentine road – slippery after snow c) free ski bus theoretically could bring you there, but there are 3 transfers and schedules are rather difficult to plan.

The minor things might be improved: 1) There is no teapot for making hot water for tea 2) Towels were not replaced during our 7 nights stay 3) There are not enough hooks to hang clothes or towels. We were 5, but just 4 hooks for outdoor winter clothes, and just 2 hooks for 10 towels ☹ 4) There is no oven, just small microwave

Po polsku poniżej/For polish see below. The property is new, as you can see and feel. Tastefully and classy furnished. Very clean. Good, fresh breakfasts. Convenient access to shops, an ATM, and a ski bus stop, all located opposite the property. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. If you'd like to cook, you don't need to bring anything with you, as everything is provided. Underfloor heating with individual temperature controls in each bedroom. A large walk-in shower, and well-soundproofed rooms. The ski room is equipped with a good boot dryer. Overall, a great property and a very helpful owner. The restaurant run by the owners also deserves praise. The recommended dish was fantastic, and the additional discount for guests is a nice bonus. Nowy obiekt, co widac i czuć. Urządzony gustownie i z klasą. Bardzo czysto. Dobre, świeże śniadania. Dogodny dostep do sklepów, bankomoatu i przystanku skibusa, które znajdują sie naprzeciw obiektu. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzeba do przygotowania i podania posiłków, jeśli ktoś by chciał gotować to absolutnie nic nie potrzeba ze sobą przywozić bo wszystko jest na miejscu. Ogrzewanie podlogowe z mozliwościa oddzielnego sterowania temperatura w kazdej sypialni. Duży prysznic typu walk in, pokoje dobrze wyciszone. Narciarnia wyposazona w dobra suszarke do butów. Generalnie super obiekt jak i bardzo pomocny właściciel. Również restauracja prowadzona przez właścicieli zasługuje na pochwałe. Polecane danie było mega dobre a dodatkowa zniżka dla gości obiektu to fajny bonus.

Ottima posizione, struttura molto bella. Appartamento molto pulito e completo di ogni comfort , spa molto carina completa di sauna idromassaggio e zona relax, colazione ottima accoglienza perfetta

Cudowne miejsce, fantastyczni gospodarze... doskonały wypoczynek dla nas. Bardzo POLECAM. Cieszę się, że właśnie w tym miejscu się zatrzymaliśmy i z całą odpowiedzialnością zachęcam. Świetnie zorganizowane miejsce: czysto, pachnąco (wszystko nowe i bardzo gustowne), doskonałe świeże śniadania z lokalnymi produktami i pyszną kawą, gospodarze zawsze, ale to zawsze chętni do pomocy. Koniecznie udajcie się do restauracji gospodarza, zadziwi was samo miejsce, a jedzenie zapamiętacie na długo. Można też zamawiać do pokoju, jeśli nie będziecie mieć ochoty na wyjście. Obowiązkowo znajdźcie czas na relaks w uroczym SPA. A ze spraw pobytowych praktycznych, które mogą być ważne: skibus obok obiektu (do stoków niedaleko), sklep po drugiej stronie ulicy (zajrzyjcie i spróbujcie lokalnych serów, koniecznie), w niedalekiej odległości są też inne restauracje, gdzie można zjeść i sklepy różne. Trudno mi opisywać inne atrakcje okolicy, bo my nastawieni byliśmy na narty więc czasu na wszystko mało. Doskonale wspominać będziemy nasz pobyt, raz jeszcze dziękujemy za gościnę :)
