Beautiful, comfortable villa "Villa Lucia", 937 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, semi-detached, built in 1960, surrounded by trees and meadows. 300 m from the centre of Pellizzano, in a quiet position residential area (villas), along the wooded area, 4.5 km from the skiing area. Private: garden 3'000 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and trees. Terrace (100 m2), barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, sun terrace, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (14 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house, public parking 100 m on the road. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar, café 300 m, bus stop "Pellizzano" 300 m.
