Przemiła właścicielka, olbrzymi wygodny parking przed apartamentem, duża narciarska ze stojakami na narty i elektryczna suszarka na buty, położenie z dala od głównej ulicy, blisko wielki plac zabaw z tyrolką, linami itd. Poza tym sama apartament duży, czysty, i po remoncie.
