My dad is a City 2 Surf legend but slowing down at 83yo. Booked this apartment to help make his last one special... and a bit more convenient for the start/finish. It was perfect. Exceptional location, great view, convenient parking, good communication, easy to find, cleans and comfortable, portable heaters for the lounge and bedrooms, extra blankets ...
The sofa bed is, like most, not great. And it's expensive but so is everywhere in Bondi. Comparatively, we didnt find it overpriced.

The communal areas are very grubby - off putting !

The property was clean great location.
The building is extremely old run down and not inviting. The apartment was freezing with only a small heater . Bathroom extremely small .
