The apartment is close to the Holt Home and New Islington Metrolink and bus stations which made commuting to town easy. It's also about 20mints walk to the Piccadilly station.
The facility is close to the main road, and therefore there was a lot of noise in the rooms from the vehicles

Beautiful apartment, great location for Etihad visit.
Heating did not work, no resolution as owner was away but nothing to help us resolve and get heating, hot water stopped in first morning after one shower leaving 2 of us to have cold showers, with still no heating, access key did not work for gate, thankfully we had the car gate fob which allowed us entry still, apt seems very new so hopefully teething issues but for the cost of this weekend it wasn’t a great experience as a family with 2 kids
