Location, value for money and a good size
Not very clean, blinds were missing slats, towels were bleach stained, kitchen cupboards had damaged bottom section where you could see underneath which was dirty. Main shower head holder was missing so you had to hold the shower. No plugs for the bath or sinks. Pillows were old and lumpy and the sheets were old.

Close to tram stop, car park and city. 3 bedrooms and living space are great. Plenty of room
TV needs an indoor antenna but has BBC iPlayer to get live TV.

It’s a nice and spacious apartment in a great location which is very reasonably priced. The people managing the property were very quick and useful getting back to us when we had issues with code access
There is a fair amount of wear and tear within the apartment which ruins what would be a nicely decorated apartment. Also the heating wouldn’t work which is important as the windows are made of wood and some cannot close properly making the apartment very cold - the heating is auto set to 9 degrees. Finally whilst most of the apartment had been cleaned the kitchen sink was dirty and the bathtub of the shower hadn’t been cleaned properly as when we got in it we nearly fell over due to remnants of soap and grime
