We were given a code and instructions via watsapp. This was clear. The space its self is big and airy, good size rooms and comfy double beds. All rooms had a mirror and plenty of plugs. We didn’t see or hear anyone else in the time there. Milk in the fridge was a nice touch, tea bags and sugar available. Towels were in a used condition (bleach patches) but clean. Bedding apart from one pillow was clean. Toilet roll supplied (but half used rolls included) Tram stop and parking available right outside good for transport bad for sleep!

The appartment pictured is not the one we were put in. It was in the same building, similar layout and facilities but the one we stayed in was a lot grottier than the one pictured! The overall cleanliness lacked, bathrooms were dirty, tiles mouldy and facilities dated. One room had a wet room, shower curtains thick with mould and the rails were bent and rusty. Food debris in the cutlery draw, we didn’t use the cooking facilities due to the cleanliness, were well travelled and not fussy too :| My pillow had a distinct smell of mould :( but everyone else’s were ok! We were advised a tenant would be coming to view the appt during our stay, this wasn’t an issue for us and we were kindly given an early check in to compensate. We made sure the appt was clean and were up early to allow the viewing and no one attended, would have been nice for the host to message and say they were not longer coming. Whilst the noise in the building isn’t an issue our appt was right opposite the tram line, it runs from 5am-1am and it’s LOUD! It woke us up bright and early both mornings! We didn’t have any issues, but there are warning signs as you enter the building to say one night and short rentals are prohibited and to contact this number if you’ve been rented a short stay, which was concerning but we didn’t have an issue.
