Location, cleanliness, terrace access
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. The host offers only 2 hours of free luggage storage, which was not sufficient for us. Additional luggage storage was quite expensive; we paid around £40 for 3 bags for 4 hours. The storage owner mentioned that it would have been cheaper if we had booked directly instead of using the luggage storage application.
One of the air conditioning units was not working properly. In addition, one day we found water leaking into the bedroom, leaving part of the room flooded.
On the second floor, there are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. However, there are no wardrobes or adequate storage space for clothes and personal belongings. As a result, guests have to keep their belongings either downstairs or in the basement, which is inconvenient.
