    Pros: Very close to Kikukawa Station (Shinjuku Line), and getting there from Narita Airport was easy. Lots of restaurants nearby, plus a grocery store within walking distance. They also provide extra pillows for free by request. Check-in/out were quick and easy. Cons: The bed is a spring mattress and not very soft, but it was okay. The room is small, but that’s expected for Japan. Overall, a good and convenient stay, especially for the price.

    the place was conveniently located near everything – bus and train stations, convenience and grocery stores, multiple restaurants – which made exploring tokyo easy. the room was spacious for japan standards and the beds were comfortable and clean. unfortunatly the walls have a bit of dirt and grime on them, and the toilet didn't have a bidet.

    Nice stay, friendly staff. Good neighborhood area. Lots of restaurant. Next to the 9stay is a supermarket.
