As a young, easygoing guest, I’d return for the price, but it’s not very cozy and noise hurts sleep.

The room is located inside a private house, apparently managed directly by the owners. Communication via Booking.com was fast and efficient. Whenever I needed something, they replied within a reasonable time. The room was clean, warm, with a private bathroom. The bed, bathroom, towels, and everything hygiene-related was spotless. The location is quite far from the city center, but public transport connections are decent: there are bus stops just a 2-minute walk away, and a small supermarket nearby as well. Despite being in a distant suburb, it’s not a bad place to stay. Another positive point is the amenities: coffee and tea are available, along with plates, cups, a microwave, and a fridge.

The property is clearly old and worn out. Even though cleanliness is good, everything not directly related to hygiene feels neglected and outdated, like it’s falling apart a bit. The TV had no channels, and the fridge, although available, had a rather unpleasant smell. Self check-in is not very intuitive. It took me a few minutes to figure out where the key was and how the lockbox worked, as the instructions were not very clear. The noise is an issue: the room is on the ground floor while the owners live on the second floor above. The house is old with creaky wooden floors, and you can hear them walking around, talking, and eating from the ceiling. Several people apparently live upstairs and come home at different hours. There was no partying or anything extreme, but even regular movement late at night can wake you up.
