Très bon rapport qualité prix et bon emplacement (si l'on possède une voiture)
La prise de possession du logement a été un peu compliquée (digicode difficile à localiser puisque derrière une première porte et difficulté à faire fonctionner la serrure)

Nous ne sommes pas trop habituer en France à avoir des logements en demi sous sol et nous avons été surpris mais sans critique

The apartment was very well equipped regarding kitchen utensils, dishes and furniture. It‘s true to the pictures.
Massive downgrades were humidity and mildewy smell. We tried every possible combination of windows, AC and heating, but to no avail. Towels and toothbrushes never dried, socks and feet always felt cold and moist, and all of our books became wavy. The stairwell down to the apartment smells suffocatingly and overwhelmingly of mildew, and so do the cupboards and closet in the kitchen. As the main entrance door doesn‘t close tightly, the living room and one bedroom smell strange as well. We gave notice to the agency on day two, and they told us they‘d inform the cleaning company. Mildew in the building won‘t be possible to be just „cleaned“, though.
