Affordable Room in Villa, With Garden & Parking

Very spacious and fully equipped. Comfortable beds and clean bed linen. Nicely located in a lively area, next to transport and shops. Room temperature was ideal, and sound proofing pretty adequate. Straightforward self check-in.

There was no mat in the bathroom, making it dangerous to step out of the bath tub. Moreover, each guest was allocated only one towel, more towels were available for a price; it is the first time in 30 years of travel I encounter this. One of the rugs was both frayed and dirty. The fridge was new but hasn’t been defrosted in a long time. The toilet bowl bore all the signs of age and not so careful care (really ancient residue inside the drain). We appreciated (and enjoyed) the fact that this is an old building, but guests should be warned about the property having no lift, as they might have mobility problems. The ceiling light in one of the rooms could benefit from a brighter bulb, and some new fragrance sticks are in order.

Very close to main touristic objectives, nice apartment, very cozy. We really appreciated that we found a very warm temperature in the room. Warm lights insight, attention to details in the sleeping rooms. The height of the rooms gives a very nice atmosphere to the apartment. The apartment is big enough to accommodate 5 persons, the rooms are really big and the sofas are very comfortable.

We only stayed 1 night, we were in transit and the only problem was the smell of the bedclothes. They had a strange smell, which lasted on the pyjamas after just one night of sleeping there. I would recommend cleaning the bedclothes better cause it can be really uncomfortable for the tourists, especially for those who don’t smoke so they are not used with clothes smelling bad and is a pity. Also, the look of the building as you climb the stairs to the floor is really bad, is not clean.

This apt is in a great area. Directly across from public transportation and also very walkable to other bars and restaurants very close by. It is also super spacious with a really big and comfy couch.

We are a band and had to lug our all gear up 3 floors which we did but it was pretty difficult. Going back down was not as bad but it would be helpful to add how many floors to get to the apt in the info when you are booking.
