It was lovely and cosy ,Had everything you need,
A nice walk for dogs
Beds are very comfortable ,
We did have a few issues ,the shower tray was not draining filling up with water, kettle broke ,
We just sent a text and it got sorted very quick ,
The guy brought a kettle over the same day very polite made sure it worked before he left,
Polly was very friendly quick to respond to texts ,thank you for a lovely hoilday our Clifford had fun
The bedroom was nice,
But in the big bedroom would be handy to have some chest of draws,for your clothes,
Also in the twin room would be handy to have a wardrobe or something to hang your clothes

Location ideal for exploring the South West coast.
I don't think the property was prepared for an early season start. The waste water system wasn't working and the boiler came up with an error. Luckily we only stayed for the weekend as otherwise it would be a problem. Heating for the type of the property is insufficient. I am sure this large open space is probably lovely in the summer but off season I wouldn't recommend it. WiFi was good so the kids were ok. No microwave was unusual given the kitchen was well equipped in most other things.
