Cosy Flat Sea Views Short Walk to Shops & Pub

Lovely flat, great location and views of lands end.

Just needs some updating. Bin broken in kitchen, curtains not thick enough to keep light out. Repaired hole in the bath, but felt like you would go through it when in shower. Entrance hall grubby and smelly.

The property has lovely sea and country views from top floor. It has facilities to cook and good range of amenities to prepare food so you can be fairly self contained once there. It was clean. Bedding for example was good quality. It has a pleasant lounge and TV. There were three of us and we found it a decent space but a couple could sleep in double room with two kids comfortably.The host was responsive.. there is free parking. There is a nice pub walking distance. It suited us because access to lovely beach. sennen cove few minutes with car. I did spend on car parks but fair enough.

Obviously property is by road and not curb side appeal to be honest. The corridor amd stairs area are bit dated. The shower and bath were not great but did work.

It was a very nice flat and considering it was on the road it was very quiet.

Parking is a bit of a nightmare as it’s in the corner of a main road so reversing in or out of the parking space wasn’t particularly easy.

First impressions of outside and stairway was not the best but inside was lovely
