Virtual check-in worked well. Apartment is in a good location, quiet, fitted with everything necessary, and comfortable. Bed and pillows did fit my needs, and the environment also feels safe.
WiFi didn't work for us and the hairdryer was a little damaged. After check-in, the app suggests to press a button to digitally open the door, but you actually have to enter a code on the bell-board, and that info is less visible and easily overlooked. I asked for early arrival. It's okay it doesn't work, but I never even got a response.
