Καταπληκτικό σημείο που βρίσκεται , πλήρως ανακαινισμένο

Ολα τα παράθυρα έβλεπαν σε ακάλυπτο ,με αποτέλεσμα το διαμέρισμα να μην έχει φυσικό φωτισμό κ αερισμό . Το βοηθητικό καναπές-κρεβατι για τα παιδιά, δεν ήταν στρωμένο όπως συνηθίζεται αλλά το έστρωσα μόνη μου . Το ψυγείο δεν είχε ούτε ένα μπουκάλι με νερό .

Καταπληκτικό διαμέρισμα, κυριολεκτικά 1 λεπτό περπάτημα από τη Μητροπόλεως και την Τσιμισκή, δύο από τους κεντρικότερους και εμπορικότερους δρόμους της Θεσσαλονίκης. Ανακαινισμένο, ευρύχωρο, φωτεινό, με πολύ ωραία μίνιμαλ διακόσμηση - και χρώματα - και πολλές παροχές. Το μπάνιο, η κουζίνα, αλλά και όλος ο χώρος είναι πεντακάθαρα. Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι πολύ ευγενικός, συνεννοήσιμος και εξυπηρετικός σε ό,τι χρειάστηκαμε. Πανεύκολο check in και check out, χωρίς ταλαιπωρία. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα το συγκεκριμένο σπίτι, κυρίως για την άψογη καθαριότητα και τοποθεσία του.

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό γι' αυτό το διαμέρισμα.

Άριστα σε όλα παίρνει το διαμέρισμα. Εξοπλισμός, αρχιτεκτονική διαρύθμιση, διακόσμηση, φωτιστικά, καθαριότητα, θέρμανση, στρώμα κρεβατιού, τοποθεσία.

The flat itself was very clean, tidy and modern, we loved it, although rather dark with no direct sunlight. The location is amazing and very central, we walked everywhere and felt safe.

We arrived to the building at 16:50, within the timeframe agreed with the owner. No instructions were given. We tried to reach him by calling and texting, with no success. I had to contact Booking to intervene, and they were very helpful and tried to reach him without any luck. After 50 minutes he bothered to call back without any apologies, and gave us the wrong pin for the lock. All in all it took over an hour to enter the flat. The flat is rather noisy from the neighbors upstairs. Also, the shower is leaking, so whenever we took a shower, the entire floor was soaked with water, which was very unpleasant. Only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper were supplied for 2 adults for 3 nights, so we had to buy more ourselves. Neither a shower gel was provided, and we had to buy it. We had to take the 16:00 train, so we asked if it would be possible to have the flat a bit later than the 11:00 check out time, but the owner said that the cleaning person is coming at 11:00 and it’s not possible. Upon cross checking on booking com, the flat is available for today and tomorrow, and apparently some flexibility, especially after what happened during check in, would make sense. Overall, despite the great location and clean flat, unfortunately we would never stay here again nor can we recommend it for anyone.
