Historic Center Luxury Apartment

I can't stress enough how great this apartment is. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch, almost spotless. The fact that everything in the apartment is new also contributed to this, but it is also clear that it is very well maintained. It has all the necessary appliances: a large smart TV, washing machine, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, hob, oven, and a large fridge with a freezer. The plates, glasses, and cutlery were new and perfectly clean. The Wi-Fi was also excellent—fast, stable, and reliable throughout our stay. The apartment has two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. All windows and doors have mosquito nets. There are two terraces, one of which had a seating set. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well during our stay. The bathroom was modern, and the shower had excellent water pressure. We also felt safe and secure both in the apartment and in the building. The location of the apartment is excellent, just a few minutes from the White Tower and Navarino Square. It is on the second floor and has an elevator. The building is older, like most other buildings in the center of Thessaloniki, but it is well maintained. Although the apartment does not have its own parking space, this was not an issue for us. There are great parking options nearby, and we always found available spots at Thessaloniki International Fair Parking "Ioannis Vellidis" and Central Parking Thessaloniki. The host was quick to respond whenever we had a question, and check-in went smoothly thanks to the precise and clear instructions. Since the apartment was vacant on the day of our arrival, they also allowed us to check in early.

Good location. Close to sea, 2-10 min walking , depends on you :) . Close to city center , around 10-15 min that also depends on you :D Very clean, well equipped . AC, Heating system, hot water all the time . Two good supermarket just outside the building , coffe shops and restaurants outside of the building . Small clothes shops around the location. Big Smart TV , Balcony ... View is not the best but is quiet.

If you have a lot of luggage, its very hard to park there because there are no available parking spaces (there are some payed spots close to the location also) but that's not the fault of the property. ( This is NOT a minus of the property )

Recently renovated, bright, comfortable apartment in a central location. Generously equipped. Nicely decorated. Brand new appliances. Small balcony to a pedestrian street. All kind of dining and drink options near by.

Insufficient support & instructions. Inadequate customer care. Connection of TV to Antenna missing. No floor indications in the building.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, οργανωμένο με όλα όσα μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, σε κομβικό σημείο, στο κέντρο της πόλης.

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι αρνητικό.
