Really enjoyed the layout of the house, stayed here with 2 others and we had our own space and nice amenities were available for us to enjoy our weekend in Nottingham. Easy check in and great communication from the host!
Only thing is I noticed that before we stayed, you have to complete an online questionnaire/provide a £50 security deposit. Upon checking my account, I can see I had the security deposit taken twice in pending status during my stay. However communication with the host has been easy and resolved very quickly.

It was clean and quiet. Upstairs was spacious.
The seating downstairs was limited and the sofa bed was small and uncomfortable
