Framira House - Elegant Room tra Centro e Fiera

Appartamento nuovo di zecca, appena ristrutturato. Letto comodissimo, aria condizionata, bagno in camera (credo solo nella stanza che ho utilizzato io), ottima posizione, balcone, macchina del caffe, minifrigo in camera, acqua fresca nel frigo, pulizia, cucina in comune con piatti e posate. Ottimo appartamento, pulitissimo e comodissimo.

Un po' macchinosa la procedura per il check in online per la chiave virtuale, se non si ha dimistichezza, ma nulla di impossibile. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo al telefono. L'appartamento è al quarto (forse terzo?) piano, senza ascensore. Tenetelo presente. Però ricordo di aver letto che i proprietari avrebbero provato a rendersi disponibili per aiutare se fossero riusciti, in caso di bagagli. In ogni caso, ottimo alloggio!

Очень чисто, квартира очень красивая, кондиционеры хорошие, комната просторная, расположение тоже хорошая, мы лично ходили до города пешком. Рядом продуктовый есть. В квартире также есть все необходимые принадлежности, посуда, шампунь, полотенца и тд

ЛИФТА НЕТ!!!!!❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ВНИМАНИЕ Я не заметила этого при бронировании и пришлось тащить 20кг багажа на пятый этаж (4й по европейским меркам). Но это не сильно испортило впечатление!

The staff is extremely nice! The room has everything you need. The shared kitchen is well equipped.

Hard to sleep if there’re other guests in this apartment. People use the common bathroom or kitchen whenever they want and it’s rather noisy, because it’s just a flat which you share with others.

This is a new business with thoughtful and high quality standard of furnishings throughout. Francesco ( team member ) was very helpful. The photos provided by the host are accurate. The room is lovely, restful. The bathroom is spacious with quality fittings. The accommodation is immaculate. The outside space of the balcony is a welcome addition. Tea and coffee facilities provided. Ample toiletries. Soft towels. The additional facility of immaculate shared kitchen space is very well equipped. Worth staying. They are proud of their business and I wish them success.

4th floor - many stairs - no lift. ( think: carting luggage/ mobility /health issues) The location is a twenty minute bus ride from the centre serviced regularly by the no 21 bus. It is unacceptable for the host to contact me via Wattasapp when I was enroute to the property with the information that the accommodation is on the 4th floor and hoping it's not a problem for me. Well it was. If accurate information been provided in advance I would not have booked the property. As a result I had to take the time to source alternative accommodation for the next 2 nights with the additional implications of that process and moving. While the host was responsive, obliging and understanding, after some communication he refunded x2 nights accommodation minus taxes. The situation disrupted my trip. I just think share accurate facts in advance and support the business to be successful on that basis. The host needs to address the situation with Booking .com and not expect the guest to manage it.
