FORTUNA Suite & Terrace

The apartment is decorated with great taste. Everything has been selected with great care, thinking of the guests' needs with every purchase. We loved the airy feel of all the rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the terrace, both for breakfast and cocktails. Fortuna's location is excellent; Fortuna Suite and Terrace is half a block from the main square in Old Town Salerno at the corner of Via Eleni and Mercati streets, steps away from dining, cafes, and shopping. PizzaPortafoglio around the corner was terrific; we ate there one night and ordered in another night. Excellent service, pizza, and beer! Breakfast is offered at a local cafe (Cafe Lalu) with delicious pastries and amazing specialty coffees. We had breakfast out on the first morning and then picked up the other mornings to enjoy at Fortuna. Fortuna is one block from Corso Vittorio Emanuele where you can find all kinds shopping. Just half a block to the left is the Pro7 supermarket; a convenient super market where you can find everything you might need for a meal in. Fortuna is also two blocks from Salerno's promenade. Walk a couple blocks more and you can visit Nettuno where the ice cream is so good the line wraps around the block. Take your frozen treat back to one of the park's benches and enjoy the sunset.

The only thing we didn't like is that we could not extend our stay. We would have liked to extend two extra days. Everything was fantastic. Our host Laura was amazing.

We had an excellent stay at Fortuna Residence in Salerno. The accommodation is very comfortable and located in a quiet area with easy access to the historic center and the beach near the port. There are also plenty of great restaurants and places to eat within walking distance. One of the highlights was the spacious and peaceful terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The host was extremely welcoming and made us feel at home throughout our stay. Breakfast at Lalu Café was very enjoyable. We recommend Fortuna Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Salerno.

Wunderschönes Ferienapartment! Außergewöhnlich sauber, stilvoll und mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders die wunderschön dekorierte Terrasse mit den Lichterketten und Solarleuchten hat eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre geschaffen. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Mühe und Herzblut hier hineingesteckt wurde. Auch die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie bereitgestellte Getränke, Kaffee, Kekse sowie Duschgel und Shampoo im Bad haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Besonders hilfreich war außerdem, dass wir am letzten Tag nach dem Check-out unser Gepäck bis spätabends im Foyer des Appartements abstellen konnten, da unser Flug erst um 21 Uhr ging. Das hat uns den letzten Tag enorm erleichtert. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung! Vielen Dank an Laura! It’s about 800 metres from the train station in the old part of the city with restaurants everywhere. Very quiet. The apartment is spotless . There is a lift. The hostess was most welcoming and kind. She arranged a taxi for our departure. It is very spacious .
