Charmant appartement proche de l Arc de Triomphe

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around the city. Everything was well organised, and the check-in process was clear and simple. I had a very pleasant stay.

I did not have any major concerns during my stay. Everything was as described and worked properly. The apartment met my expectations, and I would be happy to stay there again.

L’emplacement

Le petit appartement est fonctionnel et adapté pour un court séjour. Situé dans une cour intérieure mais avec une facade de mutiples portes de bois et carreaux de verre très mal isolé au bruit. Activité du gardien dès 6h avec résonance dans la cour. Bruit de talons féminins lorsque les personnes traversent le hall et la cour. Les allées et venues du matin et du soir. Le lit n’est pas dans une chambre mais dans une mezzanine où il est impossible d’être totalement debout. L’escalier est en colimaçon avec des marches trés petites. Connexion wi fi mais sans internet. Pas pu utiliser la tv puisque la connexion Adsl ne fonctionne pas ==> aucune précision écrite dur la façon d’utiliser (interrupteur à actionner....) la freebox. Sèche serviette impossible à utiliser ==> pas de ́manuel d’utilisation pour la console de commande. Papier toilettes ==> fin d’un rouleau....pas de réserve...obligation d’en acheter et que j’ai laissé en cadeau. Au même tarif, il y a des hôtels avec le service compris.

Una excelente ubicación, estaba bien equipado y limpio. Es una zona tranquila y super cerca a la estación del tren Arco del Triunfo.

The location was perfect, nice luxury neighborhood near metro station and bus station, near Arc de Thriomph and near Famous Champs Elysee street. Is was also nice that there was in the apartment a washing machine.

Here, unfortunately, I note some disadvantages of our stay at the accommodation. First, although we had informed the owner that we would be a family with a small child, he did not tell us that the house has stairs that are extremely dangerous. The stairs were almost vertical with large dangerous openings between the steps. Second, unfortunately the accommodation is not as spacious, nor as bright and cozy as it appears in the photos. Third, the bathroom door was dangerous as it only rested on two wheels on its upper side. Fourth, the extractor fan, instead of sucking in the steam, blew it out. Fifth, unfortunately, although I asked the owner the same question three times in our conversation (if we can leave our suitcases somewhere in the building for two hours after check out), he never answered me. I certainly wanted an answer, even if it was negative. Sixth, I had booked the accommodation some time ago, I received a confirmation of my booking and a week before my trip the booking at this accommodation was cancelled for reasons that were never communicated to me. As I had already organised my trip based on that area, I was forced to look for accommodation in the same area again. To my great surprise, the accommodation was available again, but this time 30 euros more expensive. I made a new booking believing that it was a wonderful apartment, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. Seventh, let me mention that during my first booking I saw a rating of 9.1 for the accommodation. In the second booking of the accommodation, it did not have a rating visible. I was never able to see the comments from the customers. Finally, I believe that the accommodation is priced much higher than it should be. Thank you very much.
