THE APARTMENT
The 55 m² apartment is located on the second floor (with an elevator) of a beautiful, recently renovated Haussmann-style building.
Ideal for two roommates, a couple with children, or someone who wants to work remotely.
The apartment has just been completely renovated, fully equipped, and tastefully decorated with modern, luxurious furniture.
- A large, cozy living room with a 3-seater sofa bed, coffee table, and plasma TV.
- A fully equipped American-style kitchen with a microwave, stovetop, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, and dishwasher.
- A washing machine (wash/dry)
- Two bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 trundle bed).
- A bathroom with a bathtub.
- A separate toilet.

MOBILITY LEASE
Our listing/apartment can only be booked under a “Mobility Lease” (between 1 and 10 months), and for this reason, there are certain restrictions regarding the purpose of the guest’s trip that must be met in order to rent the apartment, namely:
- Professional training
- Graduate program
- Studies
- Internship
- Volunteer work in public service
- Business transfer
- Temporary assignment related to professional activity
If the reason for your stay is one of these, we would be delighted to welcome you. The only proof required is a letter from the school or company—or, if you are self-employed, a letter written by you—stating the reason for your stay prior to your arrival. If, for any reason, this is not the case, unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate your stay. Please note that tourism is not an approved reason.

A quiet and very safe area, you’ll have the chance to live in the 16th arrondissement, one of the most chic districts of Paris—right in the city center yet close to nature, since the Bois de Boulogne is just a stone’s throw away.
It offers very easy access to all the landmarks that make Paris one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
Above all, it’s a very convenient area, as all the amenities are right at your doorstep.

- Bus: 22, 30, and N53, 100 meters away.
