Appartement propre et bien placé pour visiter Little Havana et pas très loin de l aéroport . El nuevo siglo le restaurant situé juste à côté est au top avec des plats faits maison et une bonne épicerie.
Miami étant une ville tentaculaire il faut une voiture car quartier loin de Miami centre et de Miami Beach.

Good communication and very accommodating host. It is located just off the main Calle Ocho street close to the memorial park but in a quite road. Very well equipped, and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the supermarket on the corner was good and convenient. Ample towels, two showers and toilets. Kitchen has all cutlery and utensils. Plus a full fridge freezer. There is a washing machine and dryer in the back. AC and ceiling fans made it very comfortable in the Miami heat. Waldo the caretaker is a saint and makes sure everything is working.
No complaints. There is a coffee machine but as foreigners we did not know where to get filters. Only improvement suggestions would be to have filters in the kitchen and add a kettle for hot water for tea and a dish towel to dry dishes.

Very nice apartment,bed is very comfy, such a great location, little Havana hands our favorite place in Miami.
The breakfast was delicious.
The little store next door so convenient, the staff at the cafe in there where you get breakfast, also very nice, just a great neighborhood.
I really enjoyed it!
That we are not staying a little longer.
