Cozy Room in the Heart of Little Havana

There were a lot of dead bugs in some of the light fixtures. Also got socked with an exorbitant cleaning fee for only a one night stay. That fee cost nearly as much as the room itself for the night. I wish that Booking would have disclosed that up front. Also, there were three bedrooms sharing a common bathroom in the same bungalow. Lock to said shared bath was a little flimsy. That had not been made clear on the booking website.

I was very surprised how quiet the neighborhood was. The entire Airbnb was very clean from the kitchen to the bathroom to the bedroom. You could literally eat off the floor! The staff any owners were very accommodating when I needed extra wash cloths they provided it right away!The outdoor space had places where you could sit and was very refreshing and relaxing. Even the front porch was very inviting.\n And if you like you could sit out there and watch the traffic go by, which was barely any traffic, which was wonderful! I would book this place again and again for a quick and quiet little get away!

It wasn't wheelchair accessible, however, I was able to get up the steps and down the steps with the assistance of my husband otherwise, I was able to use my Walker throughout the airbnb. I did like the property so much. It was beautiful from the outside and in. I wanted my 3 day stay to work so with the help of my husband we made it happen! Very lovely property owner and property.

It's a comfortable room in a shared space including a kitchen and a calm, secluded backyard. We loved the central location (right off the iconic Calle Ocho) with dozens of options for restaurants, bars, and more. Sergio and family are wonderful hosts! They messaged us promptly, and even gave suggestions for local spots.

It was very clean. The guests in the main home I stayed in were nice. The owner called me to rectify the situation but did not meet my request as far as I know yet, to state in the notes so that BEFORE people book, that they KNOW that the owner gives out the code to the home to other guests in muliple properties to store their luggage in the main home. So if you are in the main home, you may find strange people walking in unexpectantly. Also to only give them the code when requested and only give it out on the day they need it.

There should be notes in booking.com for ALL to easily see that states that people that stay in other properties are given the door code to this house, so you may have a surprise person just show up.
