El barrio muy cómodo para moverte por Miami sin pagar precios desorbitados. Buena relación calidad precio, limpio y cómodo. El anfitrión muy amable, me permitió quedarme ahí el último día ya que mi vuelo salía tarde.

Comfortable, efficient, dedicated parking space, good AC, closet to hang clothes, easy checkin with key box, hosts messaged a nice list of their nearby fave spots. Peaceful, had a courtyard with 3 studios each a separate building, with a chill out area and hammock.
There was a musty smell , it mellows once your inside 5 minutes, then stays o your clothes. Nonetheless the positive points outweighed this and I would definitely stay there again!
