This little gem is a bit dated, need a few repairs on kitchen cabinets, futon very uncomfortable. Even just to sit on. Side chair lovely to curl up in and read or watch tiny TV. A couple of placemats for dining would add to ambiance. Overall the layout and entry is great. But if you could put soft lights on name of cabins and entry. Arrived after dark and had trouble with dark and overcast to assure in correct place. The setting is quite sweet, pond in front. Easy to find trash. Great BBQ. Would be a great place to set up for small family reunion- everyone gets a lovely tiny cabin. Bed was comfortable, amazing - if not a bit high. Side tables hard to reach so should be raised to meet top of bed. Loved separate beach and bathroom towels. But no rug on floor as noticed in photo. Chilly toes in morning. A blanket throw would have been a cozy added touch. Tiny TV needs major update- could not see from Kitchen, movie night after out all day was underwhelming. A TV on wall in bedroom would have been great. Bathroom, tiny but more than adequate. Would loved a sit up tub, but that is just me. Floor pan in bathroom, very, very uncomfortable. I used once but could not use again. Wonderful nice hot water. Too dark to read labels on dispensers. Used my own. Several dishes still wet when we arrived at 7:00 pm. No wine or cocktail glasses. No cookie sheets for beautiful ‘oven-toaster’ a couple of placemats would have added romance to simple meals. LOVED kitchen sink. A few smaller, juice glasses would have been nice. There were no basic condiments (salt, pepper, veg oil) were not in unit- most have those three basic small seasonings) I know I would picky, but this little alcove of cabins are delightful, well cared for and have amazing proximity to beach and town equally. Parking is a huge huge plus! A few upgrades (not costly) could increase revenue.as this little set up is a gem and will recommend and stay again.
