Just a half-mile from the beach and tucked slightly off the coast highway, this two-story retreat blends comfort, privacy, and outdoor living in a classic coastal setting.
Outdoor spaces are a highlight here. Choose from three decks—front, back, or the private upper deck off the 2nd floor bedroom—to enjoy morning coffee, ocean air, or meals. Fire up the gas grill for easy barbecues, then gather around the outdoor fire pit in the evening for stories, stargazing, and cool coastal nights.
Inside, the home feels bright and welcoming with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. After a day of beach walks or hiking, settle in by the gas fireplace, stream your favorite shows, or play games at the dining table. High-speed WiFi keeps you connected, while the private washer and dryer make longer stays easy. Each floor features a full bathroom, providing added comfort and convenience for couples or small groups.

3. Leashes are required in all common areas.
4. Minimize barking so everyone can relax.
4. Additional cleaning fees may apply for accidents or damage.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. One additional vehicle may park on the street, if needed. Please do not block driveways or neighbors’ garages; vehicles may be towed.
Easy, Secure Check-In
The home is equipped with a secure electronic lock. You’ll receive a unique access code prior to arrival for convenient, contactless entry. For your safety, codes are reset after each stay.
Quiet Hours
Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Early Departure
If you plan to leave before the 10:00 a.m. check-out time, please notify our customer service team so housekeeping can begin preparations early.
No Smoking
Smoking, vaping, and hookahs are not permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside). A $750 cleaning fee will apply for violations.
No Professional Photography or Filming
Professional photography or filming is not permitted without prior written approval.
Trash & Recycling
Please remove all trash, including food from the refrigerator, and place bagged trash in the outdoor bins. Recycling does not require sorting, except for refundable bottles and cans. You may return them to a local redemption center, or housekeeping will collect them.
No Fireworks
Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises and the beach.
Damage Policy
Accidents happen—please report any damage promptly so we can address it quickly.
The Damage Waiver covers unintentional damage to the property and its contents up to $750, provided damages are reported to Ohana Vacations before check-out. (Airbnb reservations excluded.)
Starter Supplies
We provide an initial supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Once these items are used, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.
Grill Use
If a grill is available, please do not move it and keep it 5–10 feet from the house at all times. Clean the grill after each use. If propane runs out, contact Ohana customer service for assistance.
Plumbing
Please flush only toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or other items.
