Sonja was lovely and the unit was a beautiful base for walking two segments of the Lechweg. We were sad to leave it.

Amazing apartment

We spent 5 days in the apartment. Fantastic apartment, has everything you need for a short stay. The owner, Mrs. Sonja lives on site so there was no problem with picking up the keys. We are very pleased with the apartment and will gladly recommend it to our friends.

Exceptional

The spacious apartment as it was very comfortable and ideal for a quiet vacation. The hostess was exceptional and very knowledgeable of the area. Many walks in the area, especially by the Lech river. Elmen itself is a very small town but surrounded by the mountains.

Located in a very quiet and beautiful village. the studio is very cozy and modern. it has everything that you need. lovely host.

Very quiet location in a small town. the room and house was very comfy and the owner Sonja received us in a very open way. parking is easy and surrounding (thanks to the snow) was fairylike.

Attention when ou have noisy neighbours or neighbours with kids. We had on that leve a lesser experience due to the not so well behaving kids an the lesser noice isolation between the apartments.

Really great apartment cannot fault anything

Great apartment, super clean, very large and spacious, good size dining area will all cooking amenities and utensils, parking on site, large spacious bedrooms (up to three doubles), comfy lounge, clean towels, modern shower/bathroom and veranda. Could not fault the apartment at all. We were a family of 5 ( 2 adults and 3 kids) staying one week on ski trip and had plenty of room. You need a car as its about 45mins-1hr drive to Warth ski area to drive by car probably to far for St Anton etc. Owners live in the house below the apartment and were really friendly helping with putting skis in their garage.
