白山比咩神社参拝が目的の旅行でした。10年前、息子が脳出血で生死を彷徨った時に、知人の息子(当時石川県の大学生)が病気平癒祈願に自転車で参拝に行ってくれました。お蔭で、開頭術後奇跡的に意識が戻り、長い過酷なリハビリを経て職場復帰するまでに回復しました。やっと息子と知人と一緒にお礼参りが出来ました。神社から近く翌朝に自然いっぱいの中再度参拝出来て良かったです。私夫婦も知人も田舎出身。実家を彷彿とさせる玄関や中庭、床の間のある和室、そして茶室まである昭和風のお家に感動しました。
シャワー室はありましたが、正直、湯船に浸かり長旅の疲れを癒したかったです。
川北温泉に行きましたが、石鹸やシャンプーなど備え付けがなかったので、結局は宿に戻りシャワーしました。宿にはありましたので。苦手な亀虫が沢山部屋に入ってきていました。網戸がないので、虫と共存が得意な人出ないと困るかも知れないです。

Beautiful, spacious traditional home.
Host is extremely responsive via messages.
We would have liked a better indication of where to park before our stay.
My wife was slightly uncomfortable that the home adjoins another residence, connected by a hallway - I believe it is the proprietor’s father who lives there - but this didn’t bother me.

Very otentic experience
This is off road hard to find apartment . The mattress was too thin it’s actually felt like sleeping on the floor and there was bad odor from the fireplace although it was not not working
