Ibaragi House in Kanazawa

Availability of washer and close to main attractions. Host is responsive. Was able to find carpark although that was a little challenging. A cone with house name was placed at the lot gave us assurance that we were at the right spot.

I loved the style and spaciousness of this beautiful house! Not only was the location perfect since it was walking distance to so many attractions in the city, but it had fast wifi, a great hot shower, a well equipped kitchen area, and I LOVED the back room with the tatami mats to hang out in! Having two rooms meant two people could do work or relax in the house at the same time. And for us personally, the best part was the parking and that they allowed motorcycle parking. Finding parking for our motorcycle has been hard and so we appreciate the included parking even though it was off site (but not very far). Overall, I loved the house.

This may be a thing with Booking, but I didn't know of the large cleaning fee that was tacked onto the price until I was about to pay and I almost missed it because it was very fine print. And there was also a "resort tax". I'd never heard of that, and although I liked the place, I wouldn't consider it a resort. I would appreciate it more in the future if all hidden costs and fees were posted up front, that feels more honest.

民泊に慣れていなかったので、鍵の取り出し方、駐車場の場所などどこを見れば詳しく書かれてるのかわからなかったです。

Grand appartement. Bien situé. Bien équipé.

Appartement assez humide et surtout très bruyant à cause de l'appartement du dessus. On entend marcher les voisins du dessus et cela fait trembler tous les murs. Appartement un peu dans son jus.
