The ground floor features a spacious living room with a seating area, flat-screen TV, fireplace, and dining table, along with a well-equipped kitchen that includes an electric stove, double refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, freezer, and an additional shower, plus a large bathroom with a bathtub and WC. The upper floor contains another open living area with a balcony, a double sofa bed, and three bedrooms. The property offers electric heating and access to a canoe. Guests are required to bring their own bed linens and towels. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
