It includes three bedrooms—one with a single bed, another with two single beds, and a third that contains a double sofa bed and a small desk. A renovated shower room with WC is also present. The basement houses a fourth bedroom with two single beds, a large playroom, and an additional WC. Guests have access to laundry facilities and bicycles, with complimentary Wi-Fi available. Smoking is prohibited inside, and guests must bring their own bedding and towels.
