Buen tamaño, tiene lo necesario. Limpio.
La sillas no están en optimas condiciones. Te cobran extra por estacionamiento que es parte de la propiedad. Siendo gratis afuera, frente al departamento. No tienes control del aire acondicionado.

The apartment was exactly what we needed for a short stay in Matera. It is located very conveniently, 8-10 minutes away from the historical center, in a quiet area. You can also find local shops in the neighborhood, where you can buy bakery items, local products, and coffee to complement the breakfast. The host is friendly, replies quickly on WhatsApp, and provides useful information.
Parking is expensive at the property (15 euros/day) and the options were not very clearly explained, but we avoided it by parking on the street for 5 euros, a 2-minute walk away. The interior facilities are getting a bit old but still meet their purpose. The terrace in the back of the property is nice (it also has a grill), but it would require some cleaning as it was a bit dusty.
